Real Estate King Emaar Group is eyeing to enter into the Indian Hospitality Industry

In India their plan is to foray into the Indian hospitality market with the launch of its five-star brand ‘The Address Hotels + Resorts’ in the next 18 months, Marc Dardenna, CEO, Emaar Hospitality Group mentions in a statement. Though they are looking for potential partners feyeing mainly Delhi or Mumbai for the development, they have already tied up with Nijhawan Group for sales and marketing of its properties in India. The group Group is also gearing up for the World Expo 2020 in Dubai, and is supporting the Emirate’s Tourism Vision 2020, which hopes to attract 20 million visitors annually by the turn of the decade.
